clean room friendly staff small room noisy street

The room was very clean I found the bed and pillows comfortable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and happy to assist with requests.

My room was quite small it overlooked a noisy side street. The entertainment could be heard in the room even on the second floor , made sleeping difficult.

burnt curry small ham

The food situation was rather grim. My vegetable curry looked burnt and mashed. Ham salad arrived with a very small amount of ham. Maybe they were rationing it. I think the chef need to take a good long look at those comments about the food because they're not exactly singing praises.

a decent stay

large lounges pleasant staff dining room bland gravy steep hill poor entertainment

the public areas had plenty of seating in the large lounges. reception staff. the dining room was well laid out and i could easily pass between tables.

the turkey dinner was poor and the gravy lacked flavour. the steep hill down to shops made access difficult. the entertainment wasn't to my liking.
